Relationship Therapy

Our relationship therapy services encompass a wide range of relationships, including those between couples, family members, friends, and various relationship structures.

Our approach to relationship therapy is eclectic and client-centred, ensuring that the therapy process and techniques utilized are customized to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. 

The rate for individual psychotherapy is $160/hour (HST Included)

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, a client engages in a personalized therapeutic journey with a dedicated therapist. Our clinicians adopt an eclectic and client-centered approach, tailoring the therapy process to address each client's distinct needs and experiences. Drawing from a range of modalities, including , Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR, our therapist strive to provide comprehensive and effective support for every individual.

The rate for individual psychotherapy is $130/hour (HST Included)
